The photo exhibition FLYING DOCTORS will present the humanitarian programmes of the Czech Ministry of the Interior.
Jiří Pasz, the author of the exhibition, spent two years documenting foreign aid. He took photos in Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon and Ukraine. He followed the fates of people who had to abandon their homes
because of the war, and were trying to live a normal life in abnormal conditions. The exhibition shows that the Czech Republic is not indifferent when faced with human suffering.
The vernissage will take place on the 5 th of February at 19:00 in the lobby of the National Library of Technology in Dejvice. The exhibition will be open to the public till the 16 th March 2018. The exhibition at the National Library of Technology will have an accompanying programme, which will, for example, involve a discussion with the Czech Ambassador to Jordan or guided tours with members of the MEDEVAC programme.
